Looking out to the east to watch the sun rise over the foothills of the Himalaya can turn into one of the most precious moments in a persons life. The dark silence of the night turns into a riot of colours and with it, birds begin to sing and join the great chorus of voices and sounds to welcome the new day. Of course the steaming hot cup of chai makes this incredible play of nature even more spectacular.
